Michael Clay was asked to sub at the BNI Arches Chapter. He spoke to an IFA at the chapter about his and Richard Davidoff's other business - DKM Poland.
As a result of the conversation, a referral was passed by the IFA to express an interest, within 3 weeks, the referral resulted in a 10% deposit for an off-plan purchase.
The referral amounted to £72,791 worth of business generated for Michael Clay and Richard Davidoff.
