From Craig Moss, Kings House. September 2010

For the benefit of the person reading this letter, I am a Director of Kings House Management, a group of business centres located in Kings Langley offering serviced and virtual offices, conferencing and storage facilities.

If I said that Amanda went the extra mile to help us, I would not have come close…more like she ran to Glasgow and back for us!

Amanda took on our property in Gerrards Cross along with a local agency earlier this year. Although her offices are in London, we had received way more viewings from ACR who launched a furious campaign to let our home. Communication remained strong through out the whole process and when we finally got an offer for our home, Amanda negotiated the full asking price, which was a pleasant surprise. She demonstrated that the appropriate vetting procedures had taken place and managed the contracts with all the parties efficiently.

However, the real accolade must go to her valued assistance while we were on holiday, handling issues that were outside her remit, coordinating repairs where needed and keeping the new tenants content and reassured. We could never have enjoyed our holiday if Amanda had not intervened. For this, we are eternally grateful.

Without any hesitation, I am confident in recommending Amanda of ACR for any of your letting and property management requirements.

Yours Faithfully,

Craig Moss
