This week you arrived at my office and proceeded to install the PC and I didn’t lose any documents or systems from my old computer – and this had been my biggest fear.

Dear Kathleen

I would like to thank you very much for referring Francis West of Westtek to me. He contacted me immediately, confirmed via text message and a site visit was organized within a week of initial contact.

His manner, presentation and time keeping were all exceptional.

Francis looked at two very old computers, three laptops and two printers within a three hour time scale. They are all now updated and running well. In fact, one laptop we had been told was un-repairable only required a new screen and the other laptop he worked on remotely which prevented another site visit.

Francis is clearly very knowledgeable in his field and I felt his character was personable and honest. As someone who knows nothing about computers it was comforting to know that I was in safe hands.
