Dear Gary,

A few weeks ago I asked you to come round with your books to see both my wife and I about or bathroom floor which was not in a good state. Within 10 minutes of asking you had set up a meeting and within 4 days turned up on time as promised on a Saturday. When you turned up tape measure and sample book in arms, my wife (THE BOSS) was not in so you left the books for her to look through at her leisure. Of course the boss came back home shortly after you left yet decided she did not like the any of the samples you’d left, so I phoned you and without hesitation you got in your car and came back on the very same day.

You left us that afternoon knowing exactly what we would be receiving along with how it would be fitted and how much it would cost. The only barrier then left was neither the boss or I would be in at the time of fitting - no problem for Gary and his fitters as I managed to leave a set of keys with my neighbour so they let themselves in, fit the flooring, cleaned up and let themselves out – with out a sign they’d been there other than the lovely new flooring.

To this end I would not hesitate in referring Gary and his wonderful company onto any friends family or business acquaintances I have or come across in the future!
