"One Sunday in December early evening, I rang on Liz’s door bell – I cannot get into my house.

I asked if Liz or Jason could help me – of course they would try to open my front door but they said it was like someone had locked it from the inside.

My husband was at football so Liz told me to come inside and would see how to help. They call the police as it came very apparent that I had been burgled.

By 6.45pm the police had not arrived and I wanted and needed to get into my home and an alarm fitted.

So Liz called Ian Zeff – he tells me to wait to see if the police would get them in and if not he would help us.

By 7.30 there was still no sign of the police and my I was asking Jason to break in.

So Liz called Ian and he comes straight over, helps us get into the house and did a survey of the house for my house there and then. That is what I call service!"

"I went over to Ian for my 1 hour self defence class that he promised in September – Ian is a fabulous teacher and showed me quite a few moves, defence moves whilst being attacked and positioning when in a threatening situation in a short space of time, and I signed up for a 4 week course with him.

My 4 week training is going very well and it’s a real eye opener, and I would recommend everyone to use and refer Ian as he is fabulous.

Ian I would also like to thank-you for the help with our neighbour and responding so quickly and I look forward to our future training sessions in the future, and wish you all the success you deserve."
