Jules Jack started 40rty, a health and wellness company, for three main reasons. Firstly, his passion for good nutrition, physical activity and a healthy lifestyle. Secondly, his love of working with people and finally, married with three children means Jules felt he could bring a much needed maturity and empathy to the issues of weight management, nutrition and the treatment of chronic diseases.
40rty works in conjunction with a range of health care professionals from physiotherapists, to nutritionists and psycho therapists. This ensures that all your health and wellbeing needs are catered for.
40rty has a range of clients, including professional and semi-professional athletes and is particularly keen to talk with those who suffer with life limiting diseases (diabetes, high cholesterol, hypertension, obesity and cardiovascular issues) and helping to improve their chronic disease management.
