Dear Jonathan

I had a severe case of "dental phobia" until I met you and your dental hygienist.

Something as simple as a dental check and hygiene treatment was not my idea of meeting a new dentist, however before, during and after the treatment I was very comfortable and pleased with the results. All in all, the procedure was uneventful.

Every experience I've had in the dentist's chair has been miserable, until now. You are the most compassionate dentist I've ever seen.

You understand (and therefore can eliminate) fear and pain. The work you’ve done on my teeth has been top quality. Add to that his ability to calm the nervous wreck in the chair and you have a combination of skills that can't be beat. I'm no longer afraid, and that's pretty much a miracle. I can't highly recommend you enough.

Dear Jonathan,

Many thanks for being there in my darkest hour.

It had been a while since I had been at the dentist, due to the fact that I had been the subject of a few bad experiences in the past.

As a result of that, I only went to the dentist when I had a problem instead of going for regular check ups in case work needed to be done.

It has become apparent that the previous dentists were bit medieval in their techniques.

However, once I left you, I realised that I had no fear any more and would have no hesitation in coming back again.

This was just as well seeing as you were half way through my root canal and not coming back for a second visit a week later was not an option.

Since coming to you, I have recommended my wife and kids and they have all sung your praises and subsequently recommended you to other people who also share our nervous disposition.
