Dear Mo,

Just a few words to say how happy we are as you fulfilled your promise of saving my company money on our mobile phone bills. When I asked to help you stated we would be able to gain better phones, along with that wed also receive more minutes at a better rate. You gained the phones requested by us and gave us a lot more for our money. The nicest part of your service was that you took your own time out to come round to our house to load all the info from our old phones onto our new phones.

The mark of a good business is what you do to put something right and to this end you passed with flying colours. Reason being my wife decided she did not like the phone and my mother and fathers phone ended up not suiting them (let’s say). You didn’t moan in any shape or form, instead you sorted out the problem straight away.

To this end I would not hesitate in referring you to everyone I know in the future!
