Poem / Rhyme Day

On Friday 26 May, we had a fantastic poetry meeting. Thanks to all who made such obvious effort in their poetry and to those who made less effort, but who made the morning even more entertaining!

Richard Davidoff was declared the winner with his unintelligible rap by the visiting judge (a visitor).

The following members have published their poems here on their own profiles:-

I is da man yo need to see,
if you want to buy a propity
a flat, a house, a bungalow
I’ll show you a wide selection- yo!!

If you need a tenant for your pad
Don’t let it yourself- you must be mad
Come to us professional dudes
In a letting lottery- you don’t want to loose

Our management service is second to none
We do all the work- so you can have fun
If the tenant starts moaning- we keep em of your back
And make sure they pay on time- we give em no slack.

For propity invesmints come to Warsaw
I’ll look after you there you can be sure
30% capital growth p/a beats the uk
To make money you gotta be there – ok!

So the referrals I want you to give me
Are people who need help with propity
Tell em to call me before the shit hits the fan
You can trust me, cause I is a good gangsta-MAN!!
