I have to admit, that before meeting you, I was all set to use on of those online services, but I am extremely glad that I had a change of heart. I have realised that the personal touch is so very important in getting a great print job. Had I merely uploaded my design to a website, I would have not received the expert feedback and advice that you were able to give me. That feedback was invaluable, as I was able to go back to my designer and ask him to implement the changes that you recommended, which ultimately led to a great print finish.

Also, it was very helpful to see the samples that you showed me and to be able to make an informed decision on which weight and finish to choose.

Dear Ray,

I would just like to write you this quick testimonial for the work that you recently did for me.

I had ordered 500 business cards about 2 weeks ago. I needed some of them ASAP for a meeting I was going to. Even though there was some trouble with the JPEG file I provided, you were still able to find a solution quickly to get these cards to me in the time period given.

There were further problems on the next batch of cards which you were able to work around very quickly.

Although I had a very small order I felt as if I was an important customer as you treated me so well. I was fully expecting and was prepared to pay a higher charge for the extra trouble you went through for me but you kept the price at the rate agreed on the original quote.

I will defiantly use Arcadia Printing in the future and will gladly pass on your details to anyone asking for a reliable printer.

I have now used Arcadia printing on several occasions and always find them a pleasure to do business with.

Ray makes the process easy and pain-free by laying out the quotations very clearly and precisely.

This time around I had Arcadia print something new for us and that is NCR paper to save my engineer’s time in their paperwork, which has already proved to be beneficial.

Ray additional suggested that he would brand the document for us by putting our logo and company details on the form.

Within a week of me giving Ray the order he delivered the goods.

One of our ex-members from many moons ago recommended Ray to him.

Dear Ray,

I would like to thank you yet again for the service that you have provided in typesetting and printing of my advertising leaflets. This will be the first time that we have exhibited and I was sceptical as to whether, in the short time available we would be able to design, proof-read and print the seven multifold pamphlets by Monday 4th September 2006. They arrived safely this morning with the shortfall being delivered almost simultaneously in Inverness. I also appreciate the fact that you have sent double the shortfall to Inverness because you were not happy with the first batch quality. I personally can’t tell what’s wrong with the original batch!

There are printers in Inverness, but my phone experiences with them have not been good. On Richard’s recommendation, I was persuaded to go slightly further afield than I expected. I was pleasantly surprised with the service and responsiveness from Arcadia Printing. Both the letterhead and the business cards you designed and printed, previously, have been greatly admired and well received. Your assistance in design, and overall layout were invaluable.
