Monica Varo has many years of experience in the Complementary Therapy profession, and provides hypnotherapy, psychotherapy and NLP to clients throughout Watford and Rickmansworth.
Monica offers a blend of hypnotherapy and psychotherapy to help with a range of challenging issues that hold people back and stop them from living live to the full.
When choosing therapy people want to be assured of a caring and professional approach, enabling them to feel comfortable and relaxed. Monica set up in practice on the belief that every client is an individual; unique in his or her needs and aspirations, and deserving of confidentiality, empathy and respect.
Whether they are seeking change, improvement or acceptance of aspects of their life the therapist and the clients will work together towards the outcomes they want to achieve.

For corporate clients I cover confidence building, stress management, pain management and fear of presentations and public speaking.
Personal therapy can cover issues including limiting beliefs, weight management, panic attacks and phobias, pain management, stress and anxiety management, sleeping problems and many more.
Monica maintains the total confidentiality of her clients and the procedures used focus on the safety of the client at all times.
Monica uses a range of techniques including Cognative Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Counselling, Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP), Psychotherapy, Thought Field Therapy, Hypnoanalysis and Regression work within a hypnotherapeutic framework so that a wide range of issues can be addressed, using the most appropriate and effective mode of therapy
