I just wanted to drop you a short note to thank you for the work you carried out for me decorating the 3 kids bedrooms in my house last month.

You were determined to get the job done quickly and efficiently, as instructed to do so by my wife, and that was evident by the fact you sent three boys round each day to get the decorating done at a fast pace.

Once the bedrooms were decorated you also personally come round to inspect, and where another person may have given it the green light, you sent your boys back to touch things up and refused payment until you were satisfied.

However now that my daughter has discovered felt tip pens, I fear that we may be seeing you sooner than I had expected.

I have no hesitation in referring you to my friends, in fact you have already done a job for a friend of mine and they have told me that they to are very happy with your standard of work.

Dear Warren,

I just wanted to say thank you for the work you did on my house last month. Not being any good at DIY I (my wife) asked for a few things to be done around the house, so my first call was to you! I explained what needed doing on the phone, you made an appointment which you kept. After looking at the projects in hand you gave me a fair price there and then which was agreed.

A week later you and one of your workers turned up to commence the jobs in hand. On completion there was no mess as it was cleaned up as you went along so Lisa (my wife) was even happier. The price agreed was the price paid and to this end Ii would hesitate in asking you to do more work on my property along with refereeing you on to my friends, family, colleagues and business associates!

What can I say other than 10 out of 10!

Warren and his staff were professional, courteous, punctual and most importantly TIDY when totally demolishing and rebuilding the downstairs of our house!!

We never had any concerns about leaving them in the house and the work was carried out perfectly to specification.
